Delivery
Orders are packed with care — cards are sleeved to protect them and posted in a board-backed envelope. We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days.
- UK Standard (Royal Mail): 2–4 working days
- UK orders over £25: free standard delivery
- Boxed sets & gifts: sent tracked
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your cards. If anything arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund you. As cards are personal items, we are unable to accept returns of opened multipacks unless faulty.
